It is a special occasion with many memories in the making that you’ll never want to forget and as tamil wedding videographer I know how important it is to catch all tears of joy, laughter and countless emotions to make sure you could cherish them for years to come.
Charmila and Ragulan’s Wedding was a beautiful celebration of love, trust and support. Tamil Hindu wedding is a ceremony built upon a thousand years of faith and values, where rituals and traditions play very important role. What is more, it is not just about the union of bride and groom, but also about the two families and friends coming together and making the wedding a beautiful occasion to cherish. As wedding videographer we are always fascinated to see how the wedding flows through different phases.
The celebration started with the Var Aagman, Ragulan arrival with the bride’s brother and musician playing the naathaswaram and thavil. The bride’s family honoured Ragulan with a garland and welcomes him to the family. After escorting the groom to the mandap a series of ceremonies with worship to Lord Ganesh.
As Tamil wedding videographer, one of our favourite parts of the ceremony was Kanya Aagman, when Charmila arrived looking absolutely stunning in her beautiful koorai accompanied by Ragulan’s sister and bridesmaids to the mandap and took place beside Ragulan. Charmila’s parents gave her away to Ragulan’s parents by joining hands of the couple, signifying the handing over of the bride to the groom.
