Froyle Park Indian wedding – Tushar and Shabitha
The Wedding of Tushar and Shabitha
On a beautiful sunny day, with bright blue skies, I was honoured to be the wedding cinematographer for the wonderful wedding of Tushar and Shabitha.
The Setting
The wedding was celebrated at Froyle Park in Alton. It is a picturesque country estate that dates back to 1620. It is a charming and romantic setting with beautiful gardens and a stunning Jacobean manor house. For Tushar and Shabitha, the venue was the ideal place to host all of their friends and family. The wedding party made the most of the sunshine in the grounds of Froyle Park while they partied and danced the night away in the elegant manor house. The perfect location that is entirely befitting of an elegant and stylish wedding.
The Couple
From the very beginning until the very end of the wedding, the love between Tushar and Shabitha was a joy to see and to capture in their wedding film. Their broad smiles never left their faces throughout the entire day. As their wedding videographer, I filmed them getting ready, and the excitement for both was evident.
With both a Hindu ceremony and a civil wedding, the bride and groom looked impeccable in their two outfits for the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, with several long-standing traditions to bring happiness and luck to their marriage. The civil ceremony was also a joy to watch. The tears of happiness quickly turned to laughter when Tushar and Shabitha walked down the aisle as husband and wife and Shabitha punched her beautiful lilac bouquet in the air with delight.
The Speeches
Throughout the wedding day, friends and family made speeches to toast the happy couple. Tushar’s mother delivered a powerful and emotional speech that struck a chord with the whole audience. During her speech she welcomed Shabitha to the family and said to Shabitha; “You are charming, intelligent and full of laughter. You bring the house alive when you’re in it.” You could tell with all the speeches that it wasn’t just a union between Tushar and Shabitha but a union of two families coming together as one.
The Celebration
The party spirit was well and truly in flow from the very beginning. As the groom arrived in the sparkling silver convertible, friends and family gathered to sing, dance and welcome him to the venue. This celebratory atmosphere lasted all day with Shabitha and Tushar making a bold entrance into their wedding reception as they danced their way through the door and to their top table.
After the wedding breakfast and speeches were finished, it was time for all the friends and family to truly let their hair down. With the main lights dimmed, the disco lights on, a vast dancefloor was created for all the guests to pile into and continue a full night of dancing, celebration and joy.
The smiles were infectious, and it was clear that everyone was delighted that Shabitha and Tusher had tied the knot and could enjoy a happily married life together.
