Hindu wedding video Walsall – Ravina and Rishi

As the sun was streaming through the trees, creating a warm glow, it was the perfect day to celebrate the wedding of Ravina and Rishi. Taking place at Walsall College Wedding Hall, there were beaming smiles, and proud faces as friends, family and loved ones celebrated the joyous occasion of marriage.
As the wedding cinematographer for Ravina and Rishi, I started the wedding day filming the excitement and anticipation of the bride Ravina as she prepared for her wedding day. With a mesmerising red wedding dress, Ravina meticulously adorned her outfit with beautiful gold jewellery. Thanks to her dress, jewellery and smile, Ravina truly shone and sparkled all day long.
Making sure I captured all of the best moments for the perfect wedding videography, I made my way to the wedding location to film the arrival of the groom, Rishi. In Hindu style, family and friends gathered outside to wait for the arrival of the groom. Bhangra musicians performed and the whole party erupted in song and dance, making the wedding a real celebration with a party spirit.
As Rishi pulled up, he was greeted by family and was thrown into the song and dance. With a beaming smile, it was a pleasure to capture Rishi and film what was evidently the best day of his life.

Hindu wedding ceremony

Ravina and Rishi had a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony, with many traditional practices which signify the importance of the event and how special the wedding is. Throughout the whole ceremony, Ravina and Rishi could not take their eyes off each other, and their smiles lit up the entire room.
There was a traditional exchange of flower garlands, which historically sealed the marriage with its sweet smell and beautiful colours. Rishi and Ravina also completed the ritual called the mangal fera. In this, the couple walk around the holy fire together, exchanging their vows of love, duty, respect and fidelity. During each symbolic part of their wedding ceremony the smiles never left their faces, it was a pleasure to watch and very emotional for their families as they transformed their friendship into marriage.

The wedding breakfast

After the ceremony was completed and Rishi and Ravina were husband and wife, it was time to celebrate with their loved ones with dinner and dancing. The couple changed from their traditional dress to glamorous outfits for the evening. Ravina looked beautiful in a white ensemble while Rishi paired her excellently with a dashing tuxedo.

Rishi’s brother delivered a heartfelt speech during the wedding breakfast, which showed how happy the whole family were about the union and how perfect Ravina and Rishi are together.
After dinner, the happy couple completed other traditional wedding aspects including cutting the cake together and enjoying their first dance as a married couple. The romance was truly in the air, and you could see how in love they are.
The whole day was a joy to film and be a part of, and I wish Rishi and Ravina a wonderful marriage together.
