Boho wedding film – Annie & Tom

The Beautiful Boho Wedding Of Tom And Annie

For every couple, a wedding day should be the perfect fun-filled day with friends, family and loved ones. Annie and Tom ensured their wedding day had all of this in abundance, and they made sure their wedding was perfectly suited to their personalities. Their beautiful boho wedding involved style, authenticity, love and fun. The smiles were endless, and the laughter non-stop throughout their perfect wedding day and as a wedding cinematographer, I was lucky enough to capture it all.

A country church wedding ceremony

The wedding began at a nearby church, filled with wedding guests as Annie and Tom pledged their vows to one and other. The heartfelt reading in the church focused on the principles of home and support, perfect for a couple who have a clear focus on their values and importance of home. In fact, the wedding reception was at the bride’s family farm.
After the vicar pronounced Tom and Annie as husband and wife, there was a procession of happy wedding guests lined up outside to sprinkle confetti on the newlywed couple. In the sun-dappled, idyllic country church setting, it was a fantastic place to capture an amazing moment and ensure the light and all of the tiny details were gathered on film.
After all of the guests had hugged, embraced and reconnected, the wedding party then moved from the church to the wedding reception taking place at the family farm of the bride. Sticking with the rustic and boho wedding theme, many guests chose to walk up the farm track. Of course, the bride and groom had to arrive in style. No wedding car for them, however. Instead, the happy couple chose a more unconventional mode of transport in the form of a tractor. Of course, the tractor was dressed for the occasion with wedding ribbons decorating the shiny farm vehicle!

The boho farm wedding reception

Sun-dappled countryside, beautiful views for miles around and a fantastic group of happy guests made for so much to capture with the wedding cinematography. I didn’t want to miss a moment, and there was so much to see! From the pet dogs that were definitely a huge part of the proceedings to the sheep skipping in the field, there was everything you could wish for with a fantastic farm wedding.
The ambience was already glowing with the loving support and friendship of family and loved ones. A trumpeter encouraged dancing outside while there were plenty of babies and newborns curled up with their families to coo over. With a barn set for the wedding breakfast and plenty of entertainment outside, there was so much to keep the wedding guests busy! With so many guests, there was even a marquee to retreat to when the sun set, while a campfire in the grounds was the perfect place to tell stories about the bride and groom.
It was a real pleasure to be the wedding cinematographer for such a lovely couple and such friendly, welcoming wedding guests. Furthermore, it is not often I film a bride and groom on a bucking bronco as part of my wedding cinematography! Annie and Tom really did make an unforgettable wedding day, and I wish them every happiness for the future.
