Few months ago we had the great pleasure to document a vibrant outdoor Hindu wedding of Natasha and Rohan held at a stunning wedding venue, Manor by the Lake. “We wanted our families and friends to meet, celebrate and enjoy a stress free day filled with laughter. It was important to us that our Pandit could guide guests in both English and Gujarati/Hindi through each step in the ceremony and explain its significance! Especially as Indian weddings can be quite long and complicated which makes it hard for people to follow. Natasha and Rohan got married in beautiful Manor By The Lake and as a Cotswold Indian wedding videographer I can honestly say that it is one of the best wedding venues in the Cotswold. This Victorian manor house with wonderful gardens, proved to be a perfect venue for a Cotswold Indian wedding. “For us, the wedding was about the coming together of our families and we wanted them to really get to know each other and relax as the pandemic hadn’t allowed for this earlier. Even if numbers were reduced to 30, this venue had accommodation for our guests to stay and allow us to enjoy the evening together. The team at Manor by the Lake were very kind and organized. They helped us consider practical issues we may face and allowed for plan B options if weather or COVID restrictions impacted our day last minute. All of this gave us confidence to trust them with the day!”, shared Natasha.
